Our client is one of the market leader in the field of developing and implementing credit and collections management software. Based in Europe, with offices in the UK, USA and a new office opening in Sydney in 2011, they supply software solutions and supplementary services to more than 850 customers in 25 countries.  This enables their customers to pursue an efficient and successful credit and collections policy moving credit management to a higher level. To start with immediate effect they are looking to appoint a talented sales professional at their Auckland office reporting to the CEO.


What will you be doing? As Sales Manager you will be responsible for generating new business. You will actively approach new contacts and will be responsible for the entire sales process with these new customers from making the appointment through to concluding the order. You will be speaking to Credit Managers, CFOs or CIOs. Using ‘consultative selling’ you will be able to persuade your contacts of the importance of these products for their organisation.


What talents do you have? As Sales Manager you will have a free role with a lot of personal responsibility. You are highly sales-oriented, have a relevant network and can easily make new contacts. You also have an eye for sales opportunities and can take advantage of them in a pleasant and professional way using your entrepreneurial skills. You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. You also feel confident at the interface between ICT and financial business applications, you have a result-oriented personality with a high level of initiative. You have at least completed a Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent qualification.
