Joe has extensive experience at senior management level in the finance and banking industry.  He has worked for GE Money & Kiwibank before moving to his last role at Baycorp as General Mamager New Zealand. 

Joe has also been involved in major change management  business process improvement projects as a management consultant across a wide range of industries and managemtn disciplines.  Results orientated, Joe has a proven track record in leading and growing a business, improving its performance and where necessary implementing change programs to improve practices and processes.
