Who are you?

As we’ve said previously, we see only people, not clients or candidates. Having said that, we understand that peoples’ motivations will change depending on their circumstances, so for simplicity we’ll identify you under the following headings:

Potential Clients
You are passionate about your work, constantly trying to find quicker, cheaper and better ways of doing things. You are an optimist, despite the doom and gloom at present, and can see how it will all work out in the long term. You need to find, retain and inspire good people to join your team – and not just any people. You need individuals who share the same enthusiasm, determination and ambitions that you do, will fit in to the team you already have and can bring something extra to the mix (product knowledge, customer contacts, specialist skills, international experience, whatever).


The chances are these people are not looking for a move and may never have heard of you and your organisation. They will be cautious at present and will need to be handled with sensitivity and care – they cannot be forced into a move but may be open to persuasion if approached in the right way.


You need to work with a consultancy that can understand who you are and how you tick....can see the bigger picture and has the experience to help & advise you about the internal issues as well as the recruitment process. And who will get it right.
